Yevheniya started learning dance at a Choreography Studio in the Kharkiv region of Ukraine. She graduated from V.N.Karazin National University in Ukraine and enjoyed a career as a performer in Ukraine, Bulgaria and Lebanon. She later obtained her Teaching Certificate from the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and became an RAD registered teacher in 2005.

Between 1997 and 2022, Yevheniya taught ballet in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and China. During her career she has entered hundreds of students into RAD exams at Graded and Vocational levels while choreographing dozens of performances for students and teachers. With the ambition to continue teaching and making dance education inclusive, process-driven, and enjoyable for all, Yevheniya completed an MA in Education (Dance Teaching) from the RAD, validated by the University of Bath.

Yevheniya’s forever favourite role is White Rabbit in Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. She believes White Rabbit’s curiosity and abundant energy resonate with her personality. Cinderella, Lilac Fairy and evil Carabosse are among her other ballet roles.

Yevheniya believes that the joy of dancing and moving must be shared and that skills are built through students’ active participation in their learning. She believes that passion for dance brings success to students and professional dancers alike. Teaching with passion, creativity, expression, and the ability to see the wonder in every individual are the driving forces of her teaching approaches.
